Synopsis: Bridgetown's secret curse rattles through the railway station each evening at 6pm bringing fear to all who see and hear it. Terror is unleashed on the town when it breaks down.

Synopsis: A sunny summer week turns sinister when our heroine suspects she is being followed. When she turns to a friend for help. Some secrets about their friendship are revealed.

"Skool Suks"

Synopsis: A group of teenagers are in trouble with their teacher for not doing their homework and talking back to the teachers.

Onwards and Upwards!
The 2008 judging panel was headed by writer and broadcaster, Manchán Magan. and Sunday World film critic Esther McCarthy. The audience also had an opportunity to vote their own 'Pick of the Day'.

It annoys us that everyone can't win. Please don't be discouraged. It's a HUGE achievement to have made a film and to have it accepted into a festival and then screened to the public. How many people do you know who have done that?! 

Co-Motion will be back again next year, 2009 with an even wider programme. We hope this year 's winners will help to inspire you to get on with your next film project . . . We're looking forward to seeing what you make.   You could be next year's Midland Young Film Maker of the Year!!
